What this site collects

• When you book a walkthrough: your name, your work email and what you tell us you want to improve. We store it, email it to our team so we can reply, and send you one email to say it arrived.
• When you log in: only the part of your email after the @, to find your school's sign-in. We do not store it. We count whether a school was found and, for a school address, which school domain it was.
• As you browse: page events, such as a page view, a click, leaving a page or how fast a page loaded, with the page address, the site that sent you, your browser and device type, and your IP address. They carry a random ID kept in your browser, never your name or email, and nothing you type into a form. We do not record your screen.
• To keep the site running and stop spam: our host keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, and the walkthrough form keeps a scrambled form of your IP address for up to 48 hours.
• For authentication and access denials: the request method, route, response status, time, platform request ID and a shortened network address. These security records do not include form content or full IP addresses.

How we use it

To reply to you, to understand which pages help, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who helps us run the site

• Vercel hosts the site.
• Supabase stores walkthrough requests and application security records.
• Resend delivers the emails about a request.
• PostHog records page events.

Each one handles this information only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep a walkthrough request until you ask us to delete it. Page events stay in PostHog until we delete them, and you can ask us to. Our host keeps request logs for 30 days, and the scrambled IP address is gone within 48 hours. Application security records older than 365 days are cleared daily. You can clear the random ID at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
